Are you afraid to say something to someone, or call someone out on their behaviour because you’re afraid of the outcome?
Today I challenge you:
That 1 thing in the back of your head that’s nagging you – that 1 thing you need to say to that person, that 1 thing you need to get off your chest, that 1 thing you need to complete…whatever it is that’s weighing you down…get that off your chest today.
Do it for yourself but do it tactfully. Write it down first if you need to.
Otherwise we can get into the trap of living in resentment, fear, and overthinking.
When you clear the pathway…all of a sudden…there is no noise.
